Nexflo is an AI-powered automation platform that helps businesses, creators, and teams create chatbot flows, automate responses, manage engagement, collect leads, and improve social media and customer communication workflows.
For this Privacy Policy, "Nexflo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to NEXFLO AUTOMATION LTD, the operator of Nexflo. "You" means the person or organization using Nexflo, including account owners, team members, website visitors, and end users who interact with automations powered by Nexflo.
Name, business name, username, email address, phone number, password or login credentials, country, billing details, and account preferences. Team member names, roles, permissions, and workspace activity.
Automation flows, chatbot messages, keywords, trigger rules, comments, replies, audience segments, labels, tags, notes, campaigns, templates, and workflow settings. Information that users or their customers voluntarily provide through messages, forms, chatbot conversations, lead capture flows, or connected social channels.
Information from connected third-party platforms, such as social media accounts, messaging channels, CRM tools, analytics tools, payment systems, or other integrations authorized by you. Platform identifiers, page/account names, access tokens, permissions, message metadata, comments, replies, profile details made available by the platform, and engagement metrics.
IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, log files, session activity, pages viewed, feature usage, crash reports, and approximate location based on IP address. Cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics identifiers, and similar technologies used to operate, secure, personalize, and improve Nexflo.
If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive limited billing info such as payment status, plan type, invoice details, billing name, billing email, and transaction reference. We do not store full card numbers.
Depending on your location and the nature of the processing, we may rely on one or more lawful bases, including your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and protection of vital or public interests where applicable.
Nexflo includes AI-powered features that help generate message suggestions, classify conversations, summarize engagement, route leads, personalize responses, or assist with workflow creation. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving automations and AI-generated content before using them publicly.
You must not use Nexflo AI features to process highly sensitive information unless your plan, settings, and legal permissions allow it and you have taken appropriate safeguards. You remain responsible for the content, legality, and accuracy of messages sent through your workspace.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve product performance, analyze usage, prevent fraud, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of Nexflo.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, process payments, send emails, provide AI services, or operate Nexflo; with third-party platforms that you connect; with workspace members; or when required by law.
Nexflo allows you to connect accounts from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, email providers, CRM tools, payment processors, analytics tools, or other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Nexflo is not responsible for their security or practices.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Nexflo, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business needs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
