1Definitions

• "Nexflo" means the Nexflo website, dashboard, APIs, automation tools, AI features, and related services.
• "User," "you," and "your" mean any person or organization that accesses or uses Nexflo.
• "Customer Data" means data, content, contacts, messages, leads, and workflows processed through a user account.

2Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If using Nexflo on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, connected social media account access keys, and workspace members permissions.

4Acceptable Use Rules

You agree not to use Nexflo to send spam, deceptive messages, phishing, or violate platform rules of connected platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp. You must not attempt to bypass rate limits or billing/usage controls.

5AI-Generated Content

Nexflo provides AI chatbot and creator analysis services. AI outputs may not always be accurate or compliant. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated contents before utilizing them publicly.

6Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Paid plans require a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Failure to renew/pay will result in account and automation suspension.

7Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
